Refund policy
We want you to be happy with Pro and Pro Tester. If you are not, we will give your money back.
30 days, no questions asked
Within 30 days of any payment (a first payment, a monthly renewal or a yearly renewal), email sandun@stringsos.com from the address you paid with and we will refund that payment in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
What happens next
- The refund is issued to your original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show it.
- Refunding a payment ends the subscription, so you will not be charged again. Pro turns off on your devices the next time they check in, within about a week while you are online.
- You keep the free plan.
Canceling without a refund
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the extension. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.

If something is wrong with a charge, write to us before disputing it with your bank. We are quick, and it keeps the price low for everyone.
